- The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service through a combined synopsis/solicitation procedure is requesting the following services: Psychological/ Clinical Director Backfill Services. This position has the principal responsibility for delivery of mental health services involved in the treatment and rehabilitation of the chemically dependent American Indian adolescent and his/her family. Responsible for providing a wide range of psychological and psychometric services in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service Alcohol/Substance Abuse programs, consistent with Chapter 18 and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) Behavioral Health Standards. The government's objective is to obtain services from a contractor through a Personal Services Contract, who can perform the statement of work outline in the solicitation. Period of Performance October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. Solicitation packages are available today, Monday, August 29, 2005. Electronic format is available (Word Format or HTML Format).
