Description

Provide grounds maintenance to the VA Medical Center, Grand Junction, CO, for the period of October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 with an option to extend service for up to four additional years. Services are to include Roadway, parking lot and sidewalk maintenance, Aeration, Irrigation, Lawn mowing, trimming and edging, leaf collection, tree/shrub, trash and debris removal, snow and ice removal, lawn fertiliation, tree spraying and soil sterilization. Bid package will be uploaded to this website on/about 8/29/2005. Site visit to be held 9/15/2005 at 10:00 am in Buuilding 6 large conference area, VA Medical Center, 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501. Bid opening date will be September 28, 2005 @ 2:00pm MDT. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business and is contingent upon Fiscal Year 2006 funding.
