Description

Provide two playground fall surfaces located outside the Goodfellow Child Development Center, Building 906 and one fall surface located beneath existing chin-up bars located on the east side of the Physical Training Pad. The Contractor shall furnish materials and labor for complete installation including excavation, concrete slabs, preparation of concrete surfaces, poured-in-place fall surface and grading of surrounding grounds. NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990 and the size standard is 12 Mil. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED, open to both large and small business and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 01 Oct 2005 through 30 Sep 2006. The anticipated proposal due date is 15 Sep 2005 with the award date of 28 Sep 2005. Exact dates will be shown in the Requst for Quote (RFQ) when posted on or about 30 Aug 2005.
