- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items:</p> 0001-</p> Museum quality mannequins. Flexible foam figures with realistic heads and hands. Realistic eyes would normally be glass in blue, green, or brown. Hair should be implanted for both eyebrows and heads as hats and helmets will be changed on mannequins. Adjustable leg joints and waist pivots, adjustable wooden arms with adjustable shoulder width and posable hands. Should be lightweight but strong and rigid with heights from 5'4" to 6'2". A total of 27 standing males, 2 seated males, and 1 kneeling male plus 4 standing females. All standing mannequins must include large base stands. FOB: Destination for delivery to 82 TRW/HO, 133 Heritage Way, Bldg 2130, Sheppard Air Force Base TX 76311</p> This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F3V0A15236A100. North American Industrial Classification Standard 33999 , Size Standard, 500 Emp, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
