To obtain this solicitation package, send a telefax to the Contract Specialist shown above, being sure to include company name, address, telephone number, and solicitation number. SYNOPSIS: Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: W58RGZ-05-R-0718; PRON: AX5 T1105AX; NSN: 2915-01-089-4150; Quantity: Min 346 / Max 1146 each; five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ); Noun: Valve Set, Throttle; Applicable to the (BF) UH-60 Turbine Engine (T-700). Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Corpus Christi, Tex as. This item is restricted to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporated (Cage Code 73030) and General Electric Co (Cage Code 99207) because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. The required delivery with First Article (FA) is 346 each, 221 days after contract award (DACA). The required delivery without FA is 346 each, 147 days after contract award (DACA). This is a Critical Safety Item . Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify the mselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request (CAPSAR) and Policy relate d to source approved request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitatio n; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA THAT CANNOT BE RELEASED EXCEP T TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. NO DOCUMNETATION IS BEING RELEASED WITH THIS SOLICITATION.
