Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-05-T-0246. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effe ct through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is: 325412. This requirement is unrestricted. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia, has a requirement fo r the following: CLIN 0001: CPDA-1 QUAD BLOOD PACK, 800ML BAGS; 84 CASES; UNIT PRICE: $__________, TOTAL CLIN $__________. The delivery terms will be 7 cases the first week of each month during the Period of Performance (1 October 2005 through 30 Sep tember 2006). Please include shipping and handling cost if applicable. The Government anticipates awarding a single award for this requirement.
