- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 7,538 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 6,555 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date is not to exceed August 1, 2006; however, the GSA prefers an expedited date of occupancy, as soon as possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North: Lebanon Pike; East: 1 mile east of Donelson Pike; South; I-40 and West: Briley Parkway North from I-40. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking consisting of 15 secured inside parking spaces on site and at least 20 employee parking spaces required on site or within 2 blocks of the offered building. A new construction site must meet 50? set back requirements from building to parking lot. Loading Dock; Freight Elevator; and sample prep room (refrigerator, freezer, sink with garbage disposal and cabinetry) will be required.
