Description

The intent of th U.S. Small Business Administration is to acquire a professional services contractor for identification of existing and developing technologies using a multi-tier development model, researching and introducing new technologies for extending the capabilities of SBA's Internet and Intranet activities and replacing legacy mainframe applications and assistance with the preparation of Business Cases, White papers, Policy and Procedures documentation. The SBA intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award contract of a period of twelve (12) months with four (4) 12-month option periods. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision and labor, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all projects. NOTE: This procurement is an 8(a) competitive requirement, only 8(a) certified by the SBA can submit a proposal. The question and answer period for this requirement shall commence September 12, 2005 and end September 16, 2005. All questions must be emailed no other form of communications is acceptable. You shall not email or fax you proposal all of the latter will be rejected.
