The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 335311 and the size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The Grand Coulee Power Office, located in Grant County, Washington, approximately 90 miles west of Spokane, Washington, in Grant County, has a requirement to furnish, assemble, test and install one new OA/FA, 10/12.5 MVA, 13.8kV Delta-13.8kV GRD Wye/7.9kV, oil filled type outdoor station service transformer and removing and disposing of one existing 10/12.5 MVA oil filled transformer. The solicitation will be issued as a supply contract with some construction. The solicitation will be available on CD-ROM in Adobe Acrobat format and will be available on or about August 12, 2005 (this is an estimated date). To obtain a copy of the CD and be included on the planholder list, interested offerors must register on our website at www.usbr.gov/pn/contracts/supply. Visit the website to obtain further instructions about registering. If you don=t provide your DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) and TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) on the electronic registration form, we will not send the solicitation to you. Telephone requests for the solicitation won=t be accepted. There is no charge for the first copy of the CD and a charge of $15 for each additional copy requested. We reserve the right to issue the solicitation on paper if it becomes necessary. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which we will consider. A vendor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm, in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from most federal agencies, including the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. CCR is a self-service database. Vendors register themselves and maintain their own information through the CCR web site. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. See numbered note 27.
