Description

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, is seeking availability of "commercial off the shelf" software program (windows compatibility) capable of staff scheduling within a Health care environment and various employee work shifts. (i.e., nursing, other health care providers, etc.) as described below: Recording a database of employee activity. Database allowing you to generate a wide variety of reports that summarize and analyze activity over time. Management Schedules Employee Activity Calendar Employee Schedules Schedule Charts Daily Roster Weekly Roster Activity Detail Booking Detail Activity Summaries Time Off Absence Schedule Refusals Activity Charts Hourly Coverage Objectives/Outcomes/Functionality: 1. Scheduling software allowing automation and analyze staff schedules efficiently. 2. Capable of maintaining information in relation to all other activity in the system. 3. Data is validated, cross-referenced, stored and summarized in a standard report format or customized report, with complete information for decision-making. 4. Monitors and validates all events in the scheduling process. Schedules are cross-referenced with vacation, sick, lieu and other time-off. You are alerted when they conflict. 5. Monitor your employees scheduled times and warn you about expensive errors such as double bookings or overtime situations. 6. Ability for growth within the database.
