Description

Hampton National Cemetery in Hampton, VA requires a contractor to provide general arboreal maintenance of trees to include pruning at the Hampton National Cemetery. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material; transportation and equipment to provide tree maintenance in both sections of the Hampton National Cemetery (Phoebus and Hampton). Work will be performed in accordance with the statement of work that will be provided in the solicitation that will be posted. A site visit will be conducted on September 19, 2005 at 2:00 PM EST. This requirement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Business size is $6.0 million. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this procurement is 561730. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government.
