Description: VISN 1, consisting of eleven (9) VA Medical Centers located in New England, requires Bread & Bakery related products in various quantities and locations for a delivery performance period beginning October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. The acquisition will be issue unrestricted. The NAIC is 311812. All responses are due COB September 21, 2005. Evaluations will be made on price, delivery, past performance, method of date coding, ordering, method of invoicing and subcontract arrangements. Offerors are required to submit a complete copy of the provision 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, direct responses to 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items with their offer. No telephone requests will be accepted. A firm, fixed-price contract is anticipated.
