Description

Non-Personal Service: Psychologist Supervision at Holloman AFB, NM. The contractor shall provide all services and labor required for the purpose of conducting supervision of two (2) active duty Unlicensed Clinical Psychologists who require supervision in order to be licensed in any state or jurisdiction of the United States. This supervision encompasses all clinical areas of a clinical psychologist in a civilian medical treatment facility. Services and labor will be conducted as specified for the 49th Medical Group, Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, in strict accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance: Not later than 29 Sep 05 - 30 Sept 06. Price to include all applicable taxes including New Mexico Gross Receipt Tax. NAICS Code: 621112, standard size $8,500,000.00.
