Description: This project consists of renovating a Historic building on Offutt AFB with an area of approximately 60,000 square feet with approx. 20,000 s.f. per floor of existing office and general storage. Phase I renovations will include the interior and exterior areas renovating the existing brick, roof, windows, office areas, add new elevator, new mechanical and electrical. A site visit is scheduled for 9 Sep 05 at 9:00 AM CST; attendees shall meet at the Bellevue Public Schools Welcome Center.
