- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 0000 - FDM Titan Rapid Prototyping System. 230V, 50/60 Hz, 3 phase, 16A phase, 20A dedicated circuit required. Tip Support: ABS/ T10, T16. Polycarbonate: T12, T16. Polyphenylsulfone: T16 Layer Thickenss: ABS: .005" (.127mm) or .010" (254 mm) Polycarbonate: .007" (.178 mm) or .010" (.254 mm) Polyphenylsulfone: .010" (.254 mm) Material Canister: Two autoload canisters 92 cubic in-modeling material and two canisters 92 cubic in-support material. Compatability: Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP Software: Insight software imports STL Files, automatically slices file and generates the FDM Titan extrusion paths & necessary support structures. Operating Environment: Maximm room temperature 85F Maximum room dew point 78F System Size and Weight: 50.25"W X 34.75" D X 78" H, 1600 lbs shipping weight Support Structure: WaterWorks soluble support for ABS. BASS breakaway support for Polycarbonate & Polyphenylsulfone. The Government intends to issue a sole source/brand name firm-fixed price contract with Stratasys, Inc. under FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider capabilities of other interested parties if received within seven days of this publication synopsis. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
