Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This purchase is set aside for a small business in accordance with 13.003(a) (3) and 19.502-2(a). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and DCN 20050726. This RFQ has the line items shown in the attachment. Please provide brand name or equal. Proposals must price each line item attached (all or none). Ship to: 2435 Fifth St. Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-7802 Delivery required by 16 September 2005, FOB destination, net 30 payment terms. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-3. Clauses 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 252.211-7003, and 252.232-7003 shall be included with any offer. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(2), the Government may award without discussions. Quotes are due back to Jenna Moore no later than 4:00 pm EST on Friday 02 September 2005 electronically or by facsimile (937) 257-6390.
