- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This purchase request (PR)/solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)/request for proposal (RFP) under the following PR/solicitation number: F2C1EC5207A200. (v) This RFQ/RFP contains 1 line item(s): (0001 Maintenance and Inspection of Fire Suppression Systems on Hickam AFB. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and transportation to provide maintenance and Inspection of Fire Suppression Systems on Hickam AFB. There will be 28 systems contained in 18 different buildings.) Please provide a quote for a base year plus up to four option years (vi) See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a complete description of the requirement.
