Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This purchase request (PR)/solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)/request for proposal (RFP) under the following PR/solicitation number: F2C1EC5207A200. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4 , Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002). (v) This RFQ/RFP contains 1 line item(s): (0001 Maintenance and Inspection of Fire Suppression Systems on Hickam AFB. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and transportation to provide maintenance and Inspection of Fire Suppression Systems on Hickam AFB. There will be 28 systems contained in 18 different buildings.) Please provide a quote for a base year plus up to four option years (vi) See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a complete description of the requirement. (vii) The performance period will be 1 October 2005 thru 30 September 2006. Delivery location/Place of performance is (Hickam AFB HI). Acceptance will be performed by the Government.
