Description

THE ITEM REQUESTED IS: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. BRYAN BOILERS. CAN BE VIEWED AT WWW.BRYANBOILERS.COM, UTILIZING THE PART # REFERENCED BELOW. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The reference number for this procurement is F2N33S5192A100 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government request a quote on the following: One (1) each Oil Fired Boiler, Part number CLM120Q-FDO, Steam//15 psi, Color: Grey, 1,200,000.00 BTU, 120 VAC, 1 PH, 50 Hz, 1,200 MBH (29HP), ASME Certified, 160 lb ? ? HP. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-21, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13.Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2004-0302. For informational purposes The North American Industry Classification System is 42970. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be submitted and shall contain the following information: RFQ NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME, ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS (if applicable). Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERORS: The offeror agrees to hold the price in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. EVALUATION/AWARD: IAW FAR 52.212.2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsive responsible low offeror or the offer representing the best value when compared to any lower price quotation or offer. All offerors should be CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR).
