- This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2107 17th Street, Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract for fully furnished administrative spaces; office space; su pport services; classroom space; food services; a Resusitation Skills Station Lab, Applied Physiology Lab with Five Pigs and a Human Anatomy Lab with Cadavers, all of which must be located in the Jackson Memorial Hospital area. Negotiations are to be cond ucted solely with the University of Miami Medical/Ryder Trauma Center, 1611 NW 12th Avenue, Miami, FL 33101-1002. However, any and all interested responsible offerors will be considered. Request for Proposal number W81K04-05-R-0037 will be issued on or about 5 September 2005 and anticipated date of award is 14 September 05. This is a commercial item procurement and FAR Part 13.5 will be used. The performance period will be 1 October 2005 through - 30 September 2006 and four 1 year options from 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2010. Point of contact is Mr. James L.
