Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center AD (NAWCAD) Contracts Division, Code 2.5.1.2. Webster Field St. Inigoes, Maryland intends to issue a firm fixed price contract with Gallium Software Incorporated, 200-7825 Fay Avenue, La Jolla, CA 92037-4270, to supply software license subscription renewals of the InterMAPhics License for the AN/TPX-42A(V)14FC2 project. The acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under statutory authority 10U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services or supplies will satisfy the agency requirements. Gallium is the original software manufacturer of the subject software, and as such, holds proprietary data rights and is the only company that can supply yearly subscription renewals for their software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit technical information and a technical capability statement in response to this notice. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Contracts shall consider all responses. Responses without a return address, mailing address, and company telephone number will not be recognized. Proprietary Data in the responses will be protected where so designated. NOTE: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity. A determination not to compete this proposed contract, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
