Description

The purpose of this project/task order is to develop a listing of preliminary business contracts (leads) established by the TIC or its designated contractor into full blown business opportunities. The TIC may choose to hire a business analysis consultant to perform market research and business planning. Any business contracts (leads) identified under that business planning effort would then be utilized by this project/task order for further development into true business opportunities. The goal of this project/task order is to increase the number of business opportunities available to the TIC and thereby to increase the current work efforts of the various TIC business areas. While potential customers can include any commercial or DoD entity, there is a desire to target the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S. State Department for the potential use of TIC services.
