- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease a maximum of 12,587 rentable square feet, which must yield a minimum of 11,492 and maximum of 12,040 usable square feet of office and related space in Indianapolis, Indiana. Contiguous (same floor) space is required. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Vehicle parking facilities shall accommodate 60 parking spaces with unrestricted parking for visitors and employees. The offered space should be fully serviced and conform to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. Buildings offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern office-type building having fully adequate means of ingress and egress. The building offered must not contain any asbestos. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated area within Indianapolis, Indiana: NORTH: Fall Creek Road from I-465 east to 63rd Street, 63rd Street east to Lee Street; SOUTH: 46th Street; EAST: Lee Street south to 56th Street, 56th Street east to Mitthoeffer Road, Mitthoeffer Road south to 46th Street; WEST: I-465. After an on-site survey by Government representatives, the area of consideration may be limited to the Central Business District within the above defined delineated area. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by July 2006.
