Description

Amendment 02 of Solicitation 05-3K06-570 I. Questions & Responses Q1: Who developed peditor? R1: Martin Ozga and Michael Craig of National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS). Q2: Is NASS aware of any organizations (private companies, individuals, or other gov't agencies) that routinely use peditor? If so, could NASS provide a list? R2: NASS has ongoing Cropland Data Layer production activities and partners on the state/federal or university level. Cooperating States in 2002 included RI, CT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, NC, ND, IL, IN, MO, WI, MS, AR, IA & NE. There are currently no known users of Peditor outside of our own production activities and program partners. Q3: Would you please provide the contract number, date of award, period of performance, and award value of the current incumbent contract? R3: The original Order Number was 43-3K06-03-3027. Subsequent Order Numbers were 43-3K06-04-4003 and 43-3K06-05-4003. Date of award was 10/01/2002. Period of Performance was 10/01/2002 through 09/30/2005.
