Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Computer Corporation of America, 500 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham, MA 01701. This acquisition is for the renewal of software licenses, upgrades and enhancements for CCA COTS software in support of DISA customers for the period 1 Oct 2005 ? 30 Sep 2006. These follow-on software maintenance licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 6 Sep 2005 via the following address: maria.meyer@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement.*****
