- Description
- RFP, SP0570-05-R-0150 Solicitation Period: 30 days, Issue Date: September 15, 2005; closing Date: October 17, 2005. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), Construction and Equipment Directorate intends to issue a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 9390-00-513-1694 Nonmetallic, Special Shaped Section. This item is available from the following sources: Kirkhill Rubber TA (56261) Valencia, CA P/N: D1-4275-48 & Presray Corp (06425) Pawling, NY: P/N: PR10063-48. DSCP does not currently possess the drawings for this NSN. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Any alternate offer must provide a complete technical package, which will be forwarded for technical evaluation. The total estimated annual demand is 5500 EA with a 10% minimum guarantee. This will be solicited for one base year plus four (4) one-year options. Delivery schedule is 45 days and to tentative stock locations: New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. This acquisition is unrestricted and subject to the requirements of the Trade Agreements Act of 1979 (see numbered note 12). This solicitation will not become available until the solicitation date.
