Description: Services to perform lock changes and winterizations on custodial residential properties in the foreclosure process in the various counties of Kentucky. Multiple awards are anticipated. The Service Contract Act applies to this solicitation. If Service Employees will be used to perform services, the appllicable wage determination for the county(ies) of service will be incopporated into the resulting purchase order. Certain Owner/Operators of their own businesses may be exempt from the Service Contract Act according to implementing regulatins and decisions.
