- Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern) intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to LiveData, Inc.; 1030 Massachusetts Avenue; Cambridge, MA 02138 41 USC 253 c (1) Only One Responsible Source. The award is for on going maintenance and support of the LiveData Server and ICCP option. This company is uniquely qualified to deliver the procurement. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must send an interest letter that demonstrates their firm's ability to provide the above maintenance and support. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested parties must respond by 2 PM Central Standard Time, by September 12, 2005 to the attention of Paula Cheney; Southwestern Power Administration; One West Third; Tulsa, OK 74103-3519.
