Description: Under the authority of FAR 6, subpart 6.302, the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, GA, VISN 7, intends to award a sole source contract to Emory University. Emory will provide biostatistical and data management and support services. The Period of Performance will be September 15, 2005 through August 14, 2006. The NAICS Code is 541710 with a size standard of $6 million. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. The VA will award a sole source contract to a Emory University. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantages to the Government. Responses must be received no later than September 5, 2005.
