Description: The James E VanZandt Medical Center is seeking qualified firms who have the capability and capacity to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the Correct HVAC-B20 project. All work to be done in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. This solicitation is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. NAICS is 238220, size standard 12.0M. A ninety day bid acceptance is required. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 14, 2005 at 3:00pm local time in bldg 2 at the VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA.
