- Contractor(s) will provide Breast Imaging Services to the veteran patients of Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (JB VAMC) and/or Edward Hines VA Hospital (VA Hines) for a period of one (1) year from date of award plus four one-year options (exercised at the government?s discretion). This will include but is not limited to: mammography (screening, diagnostic, bilateral, unilateral, additional views), stereotactic image guided biopsy, computer aided detection technology, breast ultrasound, ultrasound guided breast biopsy/cyst aspiration, and associated cytology. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation should be available on or about September 2, 2005. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
