The government shall purchase the following brand name Safety Gear; two hundred (200) HEAT ADVANTAGE GLOVES PART #2747-XL-11 SIZE XLRG, four hundred (400) HEAT ADVANTAGE GLOVES PART #2747-LRG-10 SIZE LRG, four hundred (400) HEAT ADVANTAGE GLOVES PART #2747-MED-09 SIZE MED, one hundred (100) HEAT ADVANTAGE GLOVES PART #2747-SM-08 SIZE SM, and two hundred fifty-two (252) CAMELBAK MOTHERLODE 74000. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 448190, size standard not to exceed 500 employees. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside for small business may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if the small business set-aside is dissolved. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration).
