Delivery is 12 months after award to China Lake, CA. Best Commercial Packaging. This requirement will be a sole source procurement to Hellfire Systems LLC, Orlando, FL - based on 10 USC 2304(c)(1) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
