Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: W9114F-05-T-0165 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. Solicitation, amendments and other misc ellaneous documents will be posted to FedBizOpps (http://www.eps.gov). It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. This acquisition will be conducted using Full and Open competition procedures. Europe 1/EA 18-95822; 1 each NIM Response 2.0 Manual 82-50651B; CLIN 0002, 1 each Medtronic EMG TUBE REINFORCED 6MM/PRO #82-29306; CLIN 0003, 1 each Medtronic EMG TUBE REINFORCED 7MM/PRO # 82-29307; CLIN 0004, 1 each Medtronic EMG TUBE REINFORCED 8MM/PRO #82-29308; CLIN 0005, 1 each Medtronic PRASS STD PROBE #82-25101; CLIN 0006, 1 each Medtronic PR'D ELECTR 4CH CASE Facial Monitoring #82-27411. Electrical Requirements 230V/50Hz; 2 copies each of Operator and Maintenance/Ser vice Manuals in English Language; Display, Control Labels and ALL Software Version Copies must be in English Language for operating and subsystem components, if required. Warranty statement will be provided in English. The place(s) of delivery and accept ance will be Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, PBM Bldg 3739, 66849 Landstuhl Kirchberg, Germany.
