- This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announce constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are bein g requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-05-T-0283. The Moncreif Army Community Hospital, Fort Jackson, South Carolina 29207 has a requirement for Tanks Rental and Bulk Oxygen. The period of performance for this service is for 01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006 plus one-year option periods. Standing Order requirement: Performance is to provide bulk oxygen one time a month or when called for when quantities are dangerously low. The requirement is a firm fixed price for the procurement of these items.
