- Description
- The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to award a sole source contract to CJ Seto Support Services, LLC to provide: finalization to the development of a fully integrated and interactive Green Procurement Program (GPP) Computer Based Training (CBT) based on the conversion of existing procurement training modules. General Requirements of the GPP CBT are as follows: Convert provided training modules into computer-based training modules; For CD-based, provide an executable command to install CD training software on the student?s computer in the Program File. For web-based, be compatible with Microsoft Windows NT 2000 and Office Suite; Require the student to log on and register: student name, organization, and supervisor; Require the student to view the General module (Laws and Regulations, Program Description, and General Roles & Responsibilities) before allowing the student to move on to the organizational-specific modules; Create a Table of Contents (or Switchboard) of the different segments with a link to their respective training modules; For each training module, create a test that is automatically graded upon completion of the test; When the student?s final score meets or exceeds the passing grade, the program will launch the student?s default email profile and a ?Certificate of Completion?, which will include student contact information, will be attached to the email along with the students score page; Provide a simplified training manual with the CBT. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 541511 with a business size standard of $21,000,000. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
