- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number WK4FW05207 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. USAFE CONS intends to issue a purchase order for providing CLIN 1: Environmental Health and Safety Issues Training Course (On-Site) from 19 to 22 Sep 2005 in accordance with attached Statement of Need and Contract Line Item(s) breakdown document.
