- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating a sole source procurement with Honeywell International 2401 South 1070 West, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84119-1589, for the purchase and installation of a closed circuit camera television system, located at the (LSTF) Life Science Test Facility, U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Utah installation. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.30 2-1, supplies, services, and/or equipment required are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services, and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the Government's requirements. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with sole so urce negotiations with Honeywell International. This combined synopsis and solicitation are for the following commercial items: three (3) each outside fixed color cameras, smoke dome, auto iris, verifocal lens; three (3) each outside fixed camera pow er supplies; one (1) each inside fixed color camera, smoke dome, auto iris, verifocal lens; one (1) each inside fixed camera power supply; eight (8) each pan/tilt/zoom color cameras, pressurized environmental pendants; eight (8) each stainless steel w all mounts for p/t/z; two (2) each p/t/z power supplies; four (4) each inside fized color camera, smoke dome, auto iris, verifocal lens; one (1) each inside fized camera power supply; eighteen (18) each pan/tilt/zoom color cameras, pressurized environ mental pendants; eighteen (18) each stainless steel wall mounts for p/t/z; five (5) each p/t/z/ power supplies; one (1) each 15-inch lcd monitor for video display/view; three (3) each 16 channel dvr, 80gb to 1 tb of internal storage; one (1) each Dell pentium 4 procrssor computer; one (1) each Dell 17-inch ctr monitor; one (1) each server center shelves; connections to existing front desk computer; wire and conduit and required; and all labor and services required to complete the installation; serv ices to include submittal documents to include specification data, schematic diagrams, and sequence of operation for the units and equipment provided; provide one (1) year warranty of cctv system equipment supplied by the contract, the warranty period for the equipment well begin after the system has been checkedout, tested, and approved by the (LSTF) Life Science Test Facility; provide installation labor and material for the cctv system, this will include the installation of conduit, wire and mounting of control panels and field devices; perform customer acceptance and demonstration testing from the cctv front-end systems only; finally provide additional training for operation personnel for the cctv control syste. This solicitation is issued as a reque st for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W911S6-05-T-0072. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standar d 334519 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
