Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: W9114F-05-T-0170 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. Solicitation, amendments and other misc ellaneous documents will be posted to FedBizOpps (http://www.eps.gov). It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. This acquisition will be conducted using Full and Open competition procedures. The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase the following items: Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001, 2 Each STERIS WARMING CABINETS 24 inches OPEN MOUNTED STAINLESS S TEEL. Electrical Requirements 230V/50Hz; 2 copies each of Operator and Maintenance/Service Manuals in English Language; Display, Control Labels and ALL Software Version Copies must be in English Language for operating and subsystem components, if requir ed. Warranty statement will be provided in English. The place(s) of delivery and acceptance will be Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, PBM Bldg 3739, 66849 Landstuhl Kirchberg, Germany. The contractor will provide the earliest delivery date. All offeror s must quote FOB Destination, LRMC, ATTN: MMB, CMR 402, APO AE 09180.
