Description

The SE Regional Contracting Office (SERCO) plans to issue a Request for Quote on the Airborne 185A+ Transport Incubator: P/N: 731-1563 with one Non-collapsible Cart P/N 731-0303. The Transport Incubator will be used for in-house transporting of pati ents at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. The procurement is being conducted as a Commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12 and will be issued as Unrestricted to allow all responsible sources the opportunity to provide an offer for b id to be evaluated by the SE Regional Contracting Office. Offers for bid received will be evaluated to determine the best overall value for the government. The award will contain provisions for issuance of a firm fixed priced purchase order. All offers m ust conform to the RFQ instructions and be received by the closing date specified in the RFQ. The anticipated release date of the RFQ is on or about September 1, 2005 with an anticipated offer due date on or about September 8, 2005. The firm date for rec eipt of offers will be stated in the RFQ. Any questions concerning the RFQ are to be submitted in writing not later than September 7, 2005. The solicitation will be posted on the Army to Single Faced Industry (ASFI). It is the offers responsibility to mo nitor the ASFI Web Site for release of the solicitation and amendments if applicable.
