Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office/Flex Space Trenton, Michigan The United States Government seeks to lease office/flex space consisting of approximately 15,000 rentable sq. ft, to include at least five (5) acres of land, in Trenton, Michigan and surrounding municipalities (including Southgate, Wyandotte, Riverview, Flat Rock, Rockwood, Gibraltar and Newport) within the following designated area: 1. From the Detroit River to the intersection of West Jefferson Drive and Outer Drive in the City of Ecorse, Michigan 48229; proceeding east two miles to interstate highway 75; 2. From Interstate 75 at Outer Drive, south five miles to Northline Road; 3. Then west on Northline Road at Interstate 74 to Telegraph Road (State Route 24) for two and a half miles; 4. South on Telegraph Road (State Route 24) for fourteen miles to Labo Road in Carleton, Michigan 48117 5. East on Labo Road for six miles to the intersection of Labo Road and Roberts Road in Rockwood, Michigan 48197. The space should yield between 13,381 to 15,388 BOMA usable sq. ft. Parking is required for 60 vehicles. Parking can be located either inside or outside, but must be secured. The proposed lease is for 20 years, 10 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Deference will be given to land and/or buildings bordering the Detroit River. Please note that the space will be used by an enforcement agency. The agency desires to be the sole occupant of the building in which the space is housed.
