- The U. S. Special Operations Command Technical Application Contracting Office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Helitune, Inc. for a Rotortuner Vibration Test Kit, Model RT-5JS+. This purchase will be made utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Sole source justification is FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The anticipated award date is 15 September 2005. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
