- Request for Proposals SP0406-05-R-3658, for NSN 6850-01-435-6465, Deicing-Defrosting and Antiicing Fluid, Unit of Issue - Drum (55 Gallons), under long-term requirement RE05160040000, is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside (numbered note #1). The Indefinite Qty Contract, resulting from the solicitation will have one 12-month base period and 2 one-year option periods EPA will apply. Max qty for all years is anticipated to be 10,725 DR. Min Proplyene Glycol content is 88% by weight. FAA Qualification Letter indicating product conforms with SAE/AMS 1424F, Type I, and is listed in FAA Order 8400.10 Notice shall be provided with offer. Packaging as indicated in the solicitation. Numbered Note 9 applies. Stock Locations: SRG Richmond VA and AQ5 Tracy CA. Critical application item which requires MSDS and Hazard Warning Labels to be sent with proposal. QAP-010 applies. Quantity variance: +/-10%. FOB Destination; Inspection/Acceptance - Origin.
