Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: Contractor shall provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan 48201, preventive maintenance for sterilizers and related equipment in accordance with the specifications listed (see RFQ 553-00409-06). The contract period shall be for one base year and four one-year options. It is the intent of the Government to make one award. Contractor shall provide pricing for each piece of equipment listed. Contractors that fail to provide pricing for each piece of equipment listed will not be considered. See Government-wide Numbered Notes #1 & #23.
