Description

Provide JLG Tow-Pro series boom lift, Model #T500J, or equal. FOB: Destination to Crescent Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Ellsworth, Nebraska 69340-6801.The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on September 2, 2005 with a closing date of September 10, 2005. The RFQ will be available through the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Parties are to submit their quote through the GPE. Please include the RFQ number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. Firms must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website (www.ccr.gov) as an active vendor and also must complete the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) on the website (http://orca.bpn.gov) on or before the closing date of the RFQ in order to have their quote considered.
