- Description
- The Solicitation Number for this requirement is changed to N00189-05-T-0478. The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery / Requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices for radiopharmaceutical supplies as required by the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. Detailed specifications and delivery requirements will be specified in the solicitation. This requirement shall be procured in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The Period of performance of the resulting contract will be from 01 November 2005 through 30 September 2006 with provisions for four (4) one (1) year option periods. This solicitation is unrestricted and is subject to a 10% Hubzone consideration. The FSC Code is Q527. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http:www2.eps.gov, as this office no longer issues hard copy solicitations. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 30 August 2005. By submitting an offer, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended of debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
