- This project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the application of epoxy flooring to various facilities at Dover AFB, Delaware. This solicitation will be a request for proposal and will be issued as a Hub-Zone set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238190. The approximate issue date for the solicitation will be 22 June 2005 with an approximate response date of 22 July 2005. All firms must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data bank (http://ccr2000.com). All responsive offerors will be considered by this agency. The performance period is 180 days. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The entire solicitation, including the specifications, will be made available ONLY on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site at www.eps.gov. Paper copies will not be made available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Telephone and fax request will not be honored.
