Description

The VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN, has a requirement for Immunology Reagents and Supplies for use with VA owned fully DPC Immulite equipment. The VAMC is looking for brand name or equal products. The Immulite system is manufactured by Diagnostic Products Corporation of Los Angeles, CA. All products provided must be FDA approved and/or certified as compatible for use with the DPC equipment. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the offeror providing the best value to the government. It is anticipated that a one (1) year contract will be awarded. The contract period will begin on or about October 1, 2005 and continue through September 30 2006. RFQ-618-57-06 has been assigned to this solicitation and bid documents will be available on or about September 6, 2005. Solicitation and award procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 will be followed for this procurement. FSC Code 65 applies and the NAICS Code is 325413, Laboratory Diagnostic Substances, and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees or less. Response to this solicitation is due by September 23, 2005, 2:30pm Central Time. Solicitation documents are attached to this FedBizOpps Announcement.
