Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912l7-05-T-0035 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clause s are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02. The Tennessee Army National Guard has the following requirements. These requirements shall be for the Brand Name or Equal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 451140 with a Small Business Size Standard of five hundred (500) employees. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this Agency. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to O fferors-Commercial Items, FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or qual, FAR 52-212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, and FAR 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders. Also the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supp lement (DFARS) 252-225-7036 applies.
