Description
SOURCES SOUGHT This is a synopsis for ?sources sought? wherein the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN is seeking information that vendors can provide one, some, or all of the following products: 1. Provide the rental of an oximeter monitoring system to perform continuous invasive monitoring of mixed venous oxygen saturation using reflective spectrophotometry and digital signal filtering, system to include continuous cardiac output and systemic vascular resistance and blood temperature measurement capacity; 2. Fiberoptic pulmonary artery catheters for the oximeter monitoring system in item 1 above; 3. Oximetry finger sensor (Mallincrodt, Nellco, Puritan Bennett D-25L (new) and/or D-25LR (recycled) Oxisensor II), with adhesive sensor, sterile, single patient use; 4. Macro single IV set, 108 inches long, non vented spike; 5. Transducer, Pressure, single, with 1-way shut-off stopcock and 3-way vent stopcock; and 6. Transducer, Pressure, 30ml/hr, continuous flush and vent stopcock. Vendors who can supply some or all of these items should respond to this ?sources sought? announcement. NAICS code is 339113 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Note: The use of brand names or brand part numbers is only intended to provide clarification, functional capabilities, and not to require the offering of any brand name item or brand part number item. THIS IS NOT A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL SOLICITATION. Based on the results of this ?sources sought? the Contracting Officer will determine the source selection method to provide these items at a best value to the Government. Resultant contracts may be for single line items, a group of line items; or an aggregate award. Awarded contracts may be one or more firm fixed-price contract. FOB destination pricing will be requested.
