Description
This solicitation is amended to include the following data: 1. The 412th Test Wing Maintenance Division request 2 each NILFISK-ADVANCE, Inc. brand name Walk-Behind Auto scrubbers or equal for the upkeep of the maintenance facility floor surfaces. NOTE: One scrubber is to come with a Wet Acid Battery and the other is to come with a Gel Batteries and AXP. 2. The Convertamatic 26D comes with AXP a detergent dispensing system and gel batteries. Although these items were not in my original request, it would be highly effective to take advantage of what they have to offer from a cost saving aspect. The AXP detergent dispensing system will eliminate wasting any unused water detergent mixture saving money over the long term (any stagnant water should be drained; stagnant water needs to be kept to a minimum to help minimize the risk of a break-out of the west Nile virus as well as for overall health concerns). The 4-180 AH gel batteries provide a longer work life which will facilitate duration of use in building 160 (the B-2 hanger), have a longer service life (saving costly replacement) and require no servicing. Saving time by eliminating battery servicing and inspections.
